    There is no need to cancel your membership as we do not automatically rebill any package option. All of our package options are one time purchases only and there is absolutely no hidden fees!

    If you are seeing a duplicate pending charge for a purchase, please allow 24-48 hours for the duplicate pending charge to drop off. This is normally just a temporary hold placed by your bank. If this duplicate pending charge does not drop off after 48 hours, please contact us and we will be happy to get this corrected.
